Can I change or cancel later?
Yes — change the number of advisors or cancel any time from your account. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
No — all prices are in EUR excluding VAT. Irish VAT (where applicable) is added at checkout.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer refunds on partial periods, but you can cancel any time to stop future renewals.
How do discount codes work?

When am I charged?
Nothing is charged today — you'll confirm billing after your application is reviewed and approved.
How does the firm volume discount work?
Firm pricing is per advisor with tiered discounts: 2–4 advisors save 5%, 5–7 save 12%, 8–10 save 20%, and 11–15 save 25% per advisor off the vivisor Professional €49/mo rate.
